West Ham United clashed heads with Brighton and Hove Albion at the American Express Community Stadium earlier this evening as they hoped to earn a win on the road in the Premier League. The Hammers made a good start to the game and scored the opening goal in the 19th minute when James Ward-Prowse scored from close range. David Moyes’ men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.

Jarrod Bowen doubled West Ham’s advantage in the 58th minute before Michail Antonio killed the game off just five minutes later. Brighton scored a late consolation goal thanks to Pascal Gross’ finish. The match ended with the Hammers securing a comfortable 3-1 win away from home.
