Arsenal’s predicted line-up to face Manchester United

Against Marco Silva’s side, the Gunners fell behind early in the game but quickly fought back in the second half to score two goals. However, Joao Palinha equalized in the final seconds to give the Cottagers a crucial point.

Mikel Arteta’s side will therefore be desperate to overcome the challenge of Manchester United tomorrow and get back to winning ways. The north London club have enjoyed great success at home against the Premier League champions of late, going unbeaten in their last five games, winning four of them.

United have struggled in their previous games, so Arsenal should back themselves to win this game and go into the international break on a high note.

Predicted Arsenal line-up to face Manchester United

Aaron Ramsdale has started all three Premier League games this season and is likely to continue in goal for Arsenal tomorrow too. Therefore, David Raya will have to take his place on the bench.

Jurrien Timber, who joined the Gunners in a £38m deal this summer, will not feature against Manchester United as he has been out for a long period of time following a knee problem.

Thomas Partey has recently featured at right-back but the Ghanaian has been ruled out after picking up an injury in training. Therefore, Ben White is likely to play at right-back, while Gabriel Magalhaes has been recalled to start alongside William Saliba at the heart of Arsenal’s defense against Manchester United tomorrow.

Takehiro Tomibachi is available for this game after serving a one-match suspension in the previous game, but he may have to take a place on the bench. Oleksandr Zinchenko is likely to make his first start at left-back for the Gunners, with Jakub Kiwior on the bench.

Declan Rice will start in midfield for Arsenal, while Kai Havertz is likely to retain his place despite a disappointing start in north London. Martin Odegaard will continue to feature in attacking midfield, so Fabio Vieira may be missing again despite having a huge impact as a substitute last weekend.

Bukayo Saka will be on the right wing and Gabriel Martinelli should be on the other side. Therefore, Reiss Nelson and Emile Smith Rowe will once again be substitutes.

Gabriel Jesus is fully fit and expected to start. Therefore, if he is to start, Eddie Nketiah and Leandro Trossard will have to sit on the bench against Manchester United.
